Once, Louisa the frog was eager to bake
So Mathew the rabbit could have a birthday cake.
It was for his party which all would attend
And the rabbit, for sure, was her dear friend.
The choice was not easy, with all different makes;
From simple and modest to huge wedding cakes.
There were some for birthdays with candles and names
And other occasions, like winning in games.
Louisa’s cooking book had cakes of varied kind:
Some were flat and narrow, some puffy and round.
